‘And Breathe’ is the first single from the forthcoming TORUL album, titled ‘And Breathe And Breathe And Breathe’, coming early 2027.

These are suffocating times—laced with insecurity, fear, upheaval and injustice. Some days the only thing left is to just breathe. To cope with what we can, and grind on.

Are we fighting monsters, or fighting ourselves? Where do we find meaning, a reason, a cause? Is the answer art—in any form? Or has everyone already gone numb?

We want to believe it hasn’t.
