MILDREDA premiere ‚Virtual Goddess ft. Suicide Commando‚ as the next advance track taken from the Belgian dark electro duo’s forthcoming double album „Realities„, which has been slated for release on August 28, 2026.

MILDREDA comment: „When I started working on ‚Virtual Goddess‘, I was consciously chasing what I would call a distinctly Belgian industrial sound: early Dive in particular, with loads of distortion and raw energy“, mastermind Jan Dewulf writes. „I have injected that harshness with atmosphere and melody, and somehow the track started to move into a territory that reminded me of Suicide Commando. Maybe Johan and I had been drinking from the same poisoned well of inspiration. In any case, he felt like the perfect guest to push the song exactly where it needed to go. I’m thrilled that he agreed to become a part of this adventure. Lyrically, ‚Virtual Goddess‘ deals with the superficiality of social media: the way that we create polished, pixel-perfect versions of ourselves and often seem to communicate through little more than emojis. It is about the shallow nature of those platforms, but also about that tiny second of joy when someone gives you a heart. Personally, I’m always looking for depth, yet I lose myself in the same game as everyone else. So this song is as much a self-critique as it is a raised finger.“
